Salad Course

Tossed Caesar Salad - Crisp leaves of Romaine tossed with garlic croutons, fresh grated Peccorino Romano, laced with a spicy homemade Caesar dressing.

Iceberg Wedge - Wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with crumbled blue cheese, crip pancetta, hard boiled egg, sweet grape tomatoes, and our homemade white French dressing.

Cafe Salad - Mixed baby green salad with our homemade white balsamic vinagrette.

Spinach Salad - Green spinach leaves topped with a crisp pancetta, red onion brulee, miniature teardrop tomatoes, hard boiled egg, and our homemade honey mustard dressing.


Appetizer Course

Romano Crusted Chicken Tenders - All natural Bell&Evans chicken tenders seared in a fresh grated Peccorino Romano crust served with a spicy homemade tomato ranch dip.

Smoked Shrimp Raviolis - Fresh homemade pasta raviloi stuffed with smoked shrimp, chevron cheese, fresh grated parmesan, chives, roasted garlic, and topped with a shitake mushroom essence and fresh baby greens.

Crab-Shrimp Strudel - Maryland Blue Crab and baby campeche shrimp baked in phyilo dough served atop a chipotle-porcini mushroom essence.

Stuffed Portobello - Fresh Portobello mushroom stuffed with ground veal, fresh basil, crumbled gorgonzola, pine nuts, and baked in a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

Entree Course

Shrimp-Crab Filet Oscar - Char grilled filet medallions covered with roasted shrimp and blue crab laced with a chipotle-cilantro bearnaise.

Roasted Beef Braciole- Tender thin sliced strip steak stuffed with toasted pine nuts, asiago cheese, diced capicolla, Genoa salami and roasted Romano topped with a tomato au jus reduction laced with fresh Italian spices. Served aside penne pasta tossed in a fresh basil puree and petite baked bruschetta.

Baked Quiche Du Jour- Fresh baked with chef's choice of ingredients and accompanied by a fresh fruit garnish.

Roasted Blackberry Chicken - Roasted free range chicken breasts topped with a savory blackberry demi-glace and served with a ginger-cashew rice and snow pea pods.

Potato Crusted Walleye - Fresh Walleye baked in a fresh thin potato crust served with a lemon caper dill sauce aside Black Thai rice.

Shrimp-Scallop Linguine - Gulf shrimp, bay scallops, button mushrooms, oven-roasted sweet corn, pine nuts, sauteed with a fresh basil-cayenne cream and tossed with Imported Italian linguine.

Prime Rib Slow roasted to perfection

Beef Wellington Center cut Angus filet coated in our homemade pate roasted in French puff pastry served with a Madeira glace
