The Cellar The "Wine Cellar" at the Main Street Cafe, boasts not only the original brick from 1870, but also original sandstone block from the 1820's (pre-fire). The Cellar provides a unique and intimate setting for you to enjoy live entertainment. The exposed original hand hewn beams create almost an acoustically perfect sound and the setting is right out of a 1920's bordello. Each weekend the Cellar plays host to Northeast Ohio's Top entertainment bands such as, Colin Dussault, Skinny Moo, Geeze Cats, Hollywood Slim, Becky Boyd & Real Life, Focus, Jimmy Dyson, Alex Bevan and many more. The Lower Bar Built in 1920's, the cellar bar came from a bowling alley in Cleveland, OH. The bar was built by the famous "Brunswick Family" from Germany. The finish carpenters that built the lanes built the bar. The all-solid hand crafted oak bar features "Old World" craftsmanship and still has the Brunswick Family Crest behind the mirror.
MSC Claim to Fame: In the 1930's Elliot Ness would come in from Chicago and hang out at the very bar that sits in the Cellar!
BanquetsThe Cellar can be booked for private parties. The room will hold a maximum of 60 people comfortably. The room can be reserved for lunch or dinner.
